1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, all activities occurring under your account, and providing accurate and updated information.

3. Artist Content

Artists retain ownership of their original content. By uploading, you grant Egwu a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, distribute, promote, stream, and sell your content through the Platform. You represent that you own or control all rights to uploaded content, it does not infringe third-party rights, and it complies with applicable laws.

4. Purchases and Payments

All payments are processed through approved payment providers. Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable. Artists receive earnings according to applicable payout terms. Egwu may deduct service fees, processing fees, taxes, or commissions where applicable.

5. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, designs, software, and branding belonging to Egwu remain the exclusive property of Freaksonar LTD. Users may not copy platform code or design, reverse engineer the platform, or use Egwu branding without written permission.

6. Prohibited Activities

• Upload illegal or infringing content
• Distribute malware or harmful software
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts
• Manipulate streams, purchases, or engagement metrics
• Engage in fraud, harassment, or abusive conduct

7. Content Removal

Egwu reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms, infringes intellectual property rights, or is unlawful or harmful.

8. Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms without prior notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Egwu and Freaksonar LTD shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Platform.

10. Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted service but do not guarantee continuous availability. Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in Nigerian courts.
