This Artist Agreement governs participation by artists, producers, songwriters, labels, and rights holders on Egwu. By uploading content, you agree to the terms below.
Artist Ownership
Artists retain full ownership of all original content uploaded to the Platform. Egwu does not claim ownership of your music.
License to Egwu
By uploading, artists grant Egwu a non-exclusive, worldwide license to:
- Host and store content on the platform
- Stream and display content to users
- Sell content to fans on your behalf
- Promote content through platform features and marketing
- Distribute content through platform channels
This license is non-exclusive — you remain free to distribute your music through other channels simultaneously.
Revenue Sharing
Revenue from artist content will be distributed according to the payout structure published by Egwu. Fees, taxes, payment processing charges, and commissions may be deducted. See our Creator Monetization Policy.
Artist Responsibilities
- Uploaded content is original or properly licensed
- Content does not infringe on any third-party rights
- All metadata is accurate
- Fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited
Prohibited Content
- Copyright-infringing material
- Illegal content of any kind
- Harmful software or malware
- Hate speech or content promoting violence
- Fraudulent or misleading content
Account Termination
Egwu reserves the right to remove content or terminate artist accounts for violations of this Agreement. In cases of serious violations, action may be taken immediately without prior notice.
