Egwu is committed to a fair and transparent purchase experience for fans and artists. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Digital Content Purchases

Due to the nature of digital products, purchases of songs, albums, subscriptions, exclusive content, and digital downloads are generally non-refundable after successful delivery or access has been granted.

Exceptions — When Refunds May Be Granted

  • Duplicate payments were charged for the same purchase
  • A verified technical issue on Egwu's end prevented access to purchased content
  • An unauthorized transaction is verified
  • A refund is required under applicable law in your jurisdiction

All requests are reviewed individually and at Egwu's discretion.

Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time through account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You retain access until the paid period ends.

Artist Earnings

Payments already distributed to artists may not be recoverable. Refund requests involving artist payouts will be reviewed individually.
