Investigation Process
Reported content will be reviewed promptly. Following review, Egwu may:
- Remove content that violates policy
- Restrict visibility while under review
- Request clarification from the uploader
- Suspend or terminate accounts for serious violations

Users may appeal moderation decisions by contacting our support team at help@egwu.africa. Appeals will be reviewed independently where possible, and users will be notified of outcomes.
