You have the right to request deletion of your personal data held by Egwu at any time. We will process your request within 30 days and send a confirmation to your email address.

What will be deleted

Your account and profile information
Your listening history and playlists
Your purchase history and transaction records
Your uploaded music, albums, and associated metadata
Your wallet balance and earnings records
All other personal data linked to your account

This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your data is deleted, your account cannot be recovered. Any active artist subscriptions will be cancelled and unused wallet balance will be forfeited.
